1. Agreement and who we are
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and MIVRA LLC when you use MIVRA. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
MIVRA is provided by MIVRA LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("MIVRA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using mivra.io or the MIVRA app (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old. If you use MIVRA for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that business.
2. The service and plans
MIVRA is an AI notetaker for freelancers and consultants. It reads your calendar events, sends a notetaker to meetings that have a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link, and creates notes, scope creep alerts and Revenue Impact Scores from those meetings.
We offer a Free plan and paid plans. Current plans, prices and limits are on our pricing page. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
3. Your account
You create an account with your name, email address and password, and you must verify your email before you can use the dashboard. Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@mivra.io right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Google Calendar and other connected services
You can connect your Google Calendar to MIVRA. When you do, you authorize MIVRA to view and edit your calendar events, as described in our Privacy Policy. MIVRA creates, edits or deletes a calendar event only when you do so in MIVRA. You can disconnect Google at any time with one click on the Meetings page, or in your Google Account settings.
MIVRA also works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and uses service providers such as Recall.ai to join meetings. Those services have their own terms, and you must follow them. We are not responsible for them.
5. Recording and consent
The MIVRA notetaker joins meetings on your connected calendar that have a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link, when the meeting starts. It cannot enter until the meeting host admits it. If the host rejects it, MIVRA receives no meeting content. You can cancel the notetaker for a meeting before it starts.
You are responsible for telling every participant that the meeting is being recorded and for getting any consent the law requires where you and they are located. Some places require every participant to agree. Do not use MIVRA in a meeting where recording is not allowed, including where a host, employer, client or contract forbids it. You decide whether to cancel the notetaker for any meeting, and the host decides whether to admit it.
6. AI-generated content
MIVRA uses artificial intelligence to create transcripts, notes, tasks, scope creep alerts and Revenue Impact Scores. AI can be wrong or incomplete. These outputs are for information only. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and they do not replace your own judgment or a written agreement with your client. Check them before you rely on them, send them to a client, or make a decision based on them.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your meeting recordings, transcripts, notes and other content you provide or that MIVRA creates for you from your meetings ("Your Content"). You give MIVRA a limited, non exclusive license to store, process and display Your Content only to provide the Service to you, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content. How long we keep it, and how to delete it, is described in our Privacy Policy. You promise that you have the right to provide Your Content and to have it recorded and processed.
8. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Paddle is our merchant of record and processes your payment, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. Taxes may be added where required.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future payments, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices for future periods, and we will tell you at least 30 days before a change takes effect.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: you can ask for a refund within 7 days of a payment.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or use MIVRA to record anyone without the consent the law requires.
- Infringe other people's rights, or harass, threaten or defraud anyone.
- Upload or send malicious code, or try to gain unauthorized access to MIVRA, other accounts or our systems.
- Scrape, copy or collect data from MIVRA with automated tools without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable load on it.
10. Our rights and your license
MIVRA, its software, design, name and logo belong to MIVRA LLC and are protected by law. While you follow these terms, we give you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using MIVRA and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if you put other people or the Service at risk, or if the law requires it. If we end your access when you have not broken these terms, we will refund the unused part of any period you paid for. After termination, we handle your data as our Privacy Policy describes. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law, continue after termination.
12. Disclaimers, liability and indemnity
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, MIVRA disclaims all warranties, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that AI output will be accurate, and the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MIVRA and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, however caused. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and compensate MIVRA for claims arising from Your Content, from your recording of meetings without the consent the law requires, or from your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you and MIVRA agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law where you live, and these terms do not take them away.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using MIVRA after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
